  1. What is the fee structure?
    A: Please check under Fee Structure.

  2. Is there a fee discount or seat reservation for Brigade Gateway residents?
    A: There is no discount in fees or reservation of seats for any pupil.

  3. What do the incidental charges include? Are there any extra expenses, apart from fees?
    A: Uniforms, books, transport (if provided by the school), special excursions etc will have to be paid for separately.

  5. How is the selection carried out?
    A: Selection for admissions will be based on interactions. Limited seats may be available from Std 1 to Std 5. For those seeking admissions to Nursery, an informal interaction will be conducted in which both pupil and parents have to be present. The final decision of the admission committee will be binding.

  7. How will an applicant know the dates for interactions and meetings?
    A: Applicants will be informed directly by the school administration regarding the dates.

  8. How will the pre-primary academics be?
    A: It will combine the best from Montessori and standard teaching practices. Classes will be fun-filled and activity based.

  9. When will Standards 6-12 begin?
    A: The Brigade School (Gateway) opened in the academic year (2010-2011) with classes extending from Nursery to Standard 5. New standards will be added every year, so that a Standard 5 student of the first batch can study right up to Standard 12 at our school.

  10. What are the medical facilities being offered on campus?
    A: We will have a trained nurse, sick room and basic first-aid facilities on campus. The Columbia Asia Multi-specialty hospital is also in close proximity—right within the Brigade Gateway enclave.

  11. Will transportation be provided for students?
    A: Transport is being worked out and will be operational in 2011-12. This cannot be guaranteed as it depends on sufficient number of students opting for transport and making the routes financially viable for the users.

  12. Will Kannada be taught?
    A: Kannada will be taught and classes in conversational or spoken Kannada will be conducted to facilitate familiarity and ease with the language.
